How do I return products?

We stand behind our products with a money-back guarantee for any product purchased from our website and returned within 90 days. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number which is the last 5 digits of your order number. If you are unsure what your order number is you can obtain the RA number by calling us at 1-800-260-2250 during regular business hours (M-F 9am-6pm EST). Include this RA number inside a mailer along with your email address, name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return along with any remaining unused product. Send it to us using the pre-paid USPS business reply mail label at the link below. This label includes our address (MD Complete Skincare, Suite #1, 614 Wooster Pike, Terrace Park OH 45174). If your returned product is received by us within 90 days of the ship date we will credit your account for the price of the returned items (less any shipping & handling you paid on the original order). Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. Where does MD Complete ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States including the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship to US territories, Canada, Mexico, or other international locations at this time.

How much does MD Complete charge for shipping?

We charge $2.95 for shipping unless the total order is more than $35. We primarily ship via USPS First Class Mail except for larger packages which we ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Please allow up to 4-7 business days for delivery.

How long does it take for my order to process? Am I able to track my order?

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase with an order number along with shipping and billing information. You can check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or by calling our Client Service Team (800-260-2250 M-F 9am-6pm EST).

How is sales tax determined?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses in Minnesota, New York, and Ohio. Sales tax will be calculated on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.
