What is this?
Our Healthy Skin Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for your support. As a member, you will earn points toward rewards with every purchase which can be redeemed for future discounts. The more points you acquire, the more money you can save.
Please keep in mind, rewards cannot be combined with other MD Complete promotion codes, and only one reward can be used for each purchase. For example, 100 points is equivalent to $10 off. The $10 discount must be used on one single purchase. It cannot be divided to discount multiple purchases.
Where are my points?
We've recently updated and improved our website! If you don't see your rewards points, don't worry. We are working hard to make sure you can access them as soon as possible. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience.
What are the requirements to participate?
Anyone with an MD Complete account is eligible to participate.
How do I earn points?
You will earn one point for every dollar spent. You can also earn points by referring friends or following MD Complete on social media. To see all the ways you can earn points, click the Earn Points tab in the menu.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the Redeem Points tab. Here, you’ll see all the rewards we offer and the rewards that are available to you according to your points balance. Note: there is a 14-day approval period before some points can be redeemed.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points during checkout?
No. In order to apply your points to a purchase, you must first redeem them to receive a promotion code. You will then apply the promotion code at checkout.
