Orders, Returns, & Replacements

How do I return products?

We stand behind our products with a money-back guarantee for any product purchased from our website and returned within 90 days. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number which is the last 5 digits of your order number. If you are unsure what your order number is you can obtain the RA number by calling us at 1-800-260-2250 during regular business hours (M-F 9am-6pm EST). Include this RA number inside a mailer along with your email address, name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return along with the remaining unused product. Send it to us using the pre-paid USPS business reply mail label at the link below. This label includes our address (MD Complete Skincare, Suite #1, 614 Wooster Pike, Terrace Park OH 45174). If your returned product is received by us within 90 days of the ship date we will credit your account for the price of the returned items (less any shipping & handling you paid on the original order). Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. What are my payment options?

You are able to pay for your order with any major credit card or debit card (Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Discover). MD Complete does not accept money orders, checks, or cash on delivery (COD) at this time.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the MD Complete website?

It is completely safe to use your credit card on the MD Complete website through our secure server. For added protection, your credit card number is never displayed on our website or in any emails.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes, you can place an order with us over the phone by speaking to a member of our Client Services Team (800-260-2250 M-F 9am-6pm EST).

How do I register for an account? Why should I have an account?

By signing up for an account with MD Complete, you will be the first to know about special offers, new products, and insider tips. Registering for an account also helps make accessing current orders and placing future orders more convenient. Your account will give you access to a faster, an easier checkout process, your order history, and your email subscriptions.

What do I do if I've lost my password?

If you’ve lost your password, click here and follow the instructions. You should receive an email from MD Complete shortly with a new, temporary password to use in order to sign back into your MD Complete account. Once you have logged back in using that password exactly as it appears in the email, you’ll be asked to change your password.

How can I join MD Complete’s mailing list for special offers?

You can always join MD Complete’s mailing list by selecting the Email Sign Up button on the top right corner of our website and entering your email address. It is completely optional to provide us with your birthday.

How do I unsubscribe from MD Complete’s mailing list?

You can unsubscribe from MD Complete’s mailing list by signing into your account and clicking on the ‘Email Subscriptions’ link. You can also unsubscribe directly from one of our newsletters through the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.

I have sensitive skin. Are MD Complete products suited for my skin type?

All MD Complete products are specifically designed to be suitable on all skin types. Dr. Zelickson has spent 10 years researching and perfecting MD Complete’s breakthrough ingredient delivery system, which macro-encapsulates ingredients in a protective shell. This innovative delivery system enables the products to be more easily and comfortably absorbed into the skin, and suitable for all skin types. And, with two product lines that address a broad spectrum of skin concerns, most customers are able to find a product or regimen that is best suited for their skin type. Does MD Complete test its products on animals?

MD Complete products are in no way tested on animals, and we are fully committed to using alternative testing methods for our products. MD Complete is also a proud member of PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies program and is certified as a cruelty-free company.

Are MD Complete's products recyclable?

Yes, all MD Complete products are completely recyclable. This includes all of our cartons, inserts, bottles, and tubes.

Are MD Complete products paraben-free?

Yes, all MD Complete products are 100% paraben-free.

Can pregnant or nursing women use MD Complete?

You should always consult with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
