What are my payment options?
You are able to pay for your order with any major credit card or debit card (Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Discover). MD Complete does not accept money orders, checks, or cash on delivery (COD) at this time.
What is the MD Complete money-back guarantee?
We stand by our products unconditionally and hope you enjoy them too. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from MDComplete.com, simply return them within 90 days from the ship date. We’re happy to assist you with a refund (less S & H).
If I’m not satisfied with my purchase, how can I return it?
We understand that sometimes this happens. Please call our Client Services Team (800-260-2250) to arrange for your return by obtaining a RA # (return authorization) within 90 days of the ship date. We ask that you include a note inside the box with your email address, name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and RA #, along with the product that you are returning. If the returned product is received within 90 days we will gladly credit your account for the price of the returned items (less S & H). Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. MD Complete values its retail partners. All items purchased through our retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the MD Complete website?
It is completely safe to use your credit card on the MD Complete website through our secure server. For added protection, your credit card number is never displayed on our website or in any emails.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, you can always place an order with us over the phone by speaking to a member of our Client Services Team (800-260-2250).
What does auto-replenishment mean?
We are currently transitioning to a new website and will no longer offer an auto-replenishment program once that conversion has taken place. In the meantime we will continue to ship recurring orders to existing auto-replenishment subscriptions, but we are no longer offering auto-replenishment for new orders.
How do I cancel my auto-replenishment?
You can cancel your auto-replenishment by calling our client services team (800-260-2250). You can also cancel in the Auto-Replenishment section of your Account.
How is a refund calculated with partial payments?
MD Complete's Money Back Guarantee allows you to return your products within 90 days from the ship date for a full refund (less S & H). When requesting a refund on a kit purchase, you'll be refunded to the original payment method in the amount of partial payments that you have paid to date. Partial payments will continue until the returned products are received and refunded.

How do I register for an account? Why should I have an account?
By signing up for an account with MD Complete, you will be the first to know about special offers, new products, and insider tips. Registering for an account also helps make accessing current orders and placing future orders more convenient. Your account will give you access to a faster, an easier checkout process, your order history, and your email subscriptions.
What do I do if I've lost my password?
If you’ve lost your password, click here and follow the instructions. You should receive an email from MD Complete shortly with a new, temporary password to use in order to sign back into your MD Complete account. Once you have logged back in using that password exactly as it appears in the email, you’ll be asked to change your password.
How can I join MD Complete’s mailing list for special offers?
You can always join MD Complete’s mailing list by selecting the Email Sign Up button on the top right corner of our website and entering your email address. It is completely optional to provide us with your birthday.
How do I unsubscribe from MD Complete’s mailing list?
You can unsubscribe from MD Complete’s mailing list by signing into your account and clicking on the ‘Email Subscriptions’ link. You can also unsubscribe directly from one of our newsletters through the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.
I have very sensitive skin. Are MD Complete products suited for my skin type?

Are MD Complete's products recyclable?
Yes, all MD Complete products are completely recyclable. This includes all of our cartons, inserts, bottles, and tubes.
Are MD Complete products paraben-free?
Yes, all MD Complete products are 100% paraben-free.
Can pregnant or nursing women use MD Complete?
You should always consult with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
