"I have been using M.D. Complete since I started my own practice 5 years ago, and I am infinitely satisfied.  As I am far from being "techie" I find the software very dummy-friendly and easy to use and navigate.  Over the years I've only had to obtain technical support a few times.  Oddly enough, the initial issues I had were soon worked out, and updates made in the software which I was able to download or obtain by CD.  Moreover, any time I had technical issues, I was able to speak with someone (Ken Merker) if not immediately in real time, then very quickly after.  Any technical issues were quite minor and easily resolved, and I haven't had any issues for at least a few years.  For that reason I cannot even recall what the prior issues were.  They do make updates periodically and are always receptive regarding ways to improve the software."
